ONE MONTH after dropping off for a week long job I finally have my vehicle back. 4/7/21 I return to the shop for a warranty validation, which is the shop manager Jack driving the car around the block, & I am told we are good to go & the warranty is valid. Joe has an exceptional amount of knowledge when it comes to transmissions. Very in depth and up front. They have free towing and financing options as well cant beat that anywhere!
Scott covered a warranty claim for a transmission they had installed. It turned out to not be a transmission issue but they made the minor repair without charge!

Scott transmission specialist on Jones Road was very accommodating in helping me to resolve my transmission problem. He not only found the problem, but fixed the problem at the same time, since it was a simple solution. Anywhere else, I would have more than likely been told to leave the vehicle for repair and chaged an enormous price. Thank you Scott for your honesty and great experience.

These guys are the real deal... real professionals - they went above and beyond to get my old truck put back together. I had over 250,000 miles on my 2003 Nissan Xterra - clutch was shot and trans was slipping badly, leaking oil by the quart and to top it off - AC condensing coil was blown. I even had a few new parts I hadn't gotten around to installing yet... they said "bring them over!" They got the truck all reassembled clutch, AC, oil pan, tranny, and AC - now I'm ready for another 250,000. No new car payment for me.... ... read more
